About our Client:

We are representing our client, a leading supplier of materials for road construction, road-marking, and road traffic industries, to recruit a Sales Support & Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer inquiries, orders, and payment collection.
• Assist in preparing marketing tools, including brochures, catalogues, flyers, and online marketing materials.
• Prepare documentation such as quotations, invoices, delivery orders (DO), and other relevant documents upon receiving sales orders.
• Work closely with the sales team and support them to meet customer requirements.
• Assist colleagues with stock-taking to ensure stock is controlled and reconciled with the data storage system.
• Conduct online marketing through various social media channels, including the company's website and Facebook.
• Responsible for content creation, including designing, editing, and writing for digital ads and other marketing collateral.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. Compile new product information and update the company's product catalogue regularly.
• Conduct market surveys for potential products and markets. Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
• Assist supervisors or managers with sales-related matters when necessary.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain proper filing systems.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.

• Working hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.45 pm).
