We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Supports Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with internal departments, distributors, stockists, and key accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing daily and monthly sales reports for Accounts, Area Sales Managers and Heads of Department.
• Coordinate and communicate with distributors and stockists regarding sales promoter issues, price variances, purchase orders, rebates, and other related matters.
• Support ASMs in planning sales promotions and preparing necessary documents for HOD approval.
• Liaise with key accounts on matters such as price changes, product listings, sales promotions, and other updates.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on sales promotions, new product listings, sales rebates, and coordination with key account buyers.
• Follow up with wholesalers on goods return procedures and maintain accurate sales records.
• Update and compile all sales promotions data in a timely and organized manner.
• Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks and duties as assigned to support the sales and marketing teams.
