Key Responsibilities:Â

  • Order Processing & Documentation:Â
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
  • Manage invoices, contracts, and customer documentation.
  • Customer & Sales Team Support:Â
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Assist sales reps with lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) data accuracy.
  • Generate sales reports (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates).
  • Coordination & Logistics:Â
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Track deliveries and handle post-sale support.
  • Process Improvement:Â
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in sales workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills â clear, professional, and confident when interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • High level of technical proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in order processing, invoicing, and managing customer documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to proactively resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Ability to analyze and generate sales reports (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates).
  • Familiarity with logistics coordination and working collaboratively with finance, warehouse, and other internal departments.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to process improvement and supporting sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
