• Managing all delivery arrangements for Singapore customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinated with shipping agents to arrange incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepared final shipping documents and coordinated pre-advisement to customers.
• Generated and verified all sales invoices on time and ensured accuracy for finance processing.
• Supported handling of export shipments for colleagues on leave.

- Assist in generating the invoices and DOs for Singapore / oversea shipment.

- Prepared delivery instructions, container checking inspection lists, and carton tracking records for the warehouse team.

• Responsible in logging all customer orders (export and local) into the system.
• Assisted in preparing customer shipment schedules.
• Handle in calculating loading quantities to fit container capacity.
• Prepare and analyze monthly KPI report- OTIF performance (Export) report when required.
• Monitoring and evaluating transporter through monthly performance appraisals.
• Independently coordinate with the transporter regarding customer complaints related to issues caused by drivers, investigate further, and negotiate as necessary.
• Liaised with transporters to schedule and book transport for deliveries to Singapore & Thailand & etc.
• Supported handling of local shipments for colleagues on leave or when require.

- Dispatch orders for local delivery.

Job Requirements:

Education:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.

Experience:-

• 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries.
• Experience in handling import and export documentation.
• Prior experience in CRM software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
• Multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
