Sales Support Executive in Kuala Lumpur at Logicalis

Job summary:

The Sales Support Executive supports the Sales team in the sales cycle and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on submissions. He/She will be given opportunities to hone his/her problem-solving skills and learn about the entirety of the sales cycle. A successful Sales Support Executive should possess good communication skills and analytical skills.

1.0 Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation to customers in excel (local and overseas)
  • Obtain costing from vendors, Services and Presales team - during quotation stage
  • Ensure quoted orders matches with customer PO details with clear order instructions (billing entity, address and contact person, delivery instruction, milestones)
  • Confirm and produce final costing from vendors - after customer PO came in
  • Following up on customer PO or VO
  • Assist in new customer's onboarding and credit application
  • Download ITQ/RFQ/tender doc from GeBiz and other online portal
  • Assist in tender submission via hardcopy/softcopy
  • Follow up closely with vendors, presales and sales to meet submission deadline
  • Work closely and obtain accurate costing from Services team on maintenance and renewal
  • Assists in report preparation and submission, and coordination with customers when required - GovTech report, HC term deal report and etc.

2.0 Required Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Good communication skill and analytical skill.
  • Knowledge and familiarity in excel is a must.
