Job description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for product promotion, product training, and product development.
Provide technical & sales support for indoor and outdoor sales.
Conduct line inspection, plant audit, supervision, troubleshooting, reporting & solutions.
Execute action plans and report outcomes.
Handle customer complaints and resolve problems.
Assist the division head as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
1 - 2 years working experience in the related field is an advantage.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and possess a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Must have own transport and be willing to travel for site visits.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
