Sales Support & Data Analytic Executive role is to work together with commercial and sales team to achieve the commercial objectives and improve customer’s satisfactory.
Main responsibilities will be

providing Sales Support & Data analysis for commercial team;

Analyze & manage the exposure with customers and risk on contracts and credit; manage customer complaint and after sales follow-up;

coordinating and work with cross functions/department to meet the commercial objectives.

Main Scope :

A. Customer and commercial support
• Supporting the Sales Manager on SAP quotation preparation and tender/bidding preparation.
• Manage sample arrangement and follow up
• Assisting in new projects creation, new customers onboarding and account creations.
• Follow up on trial proposal and other request from customers
• Provide periodically sales report & analysis to the commercial team & update the CRM Salesforce System

B. Risk Management
• Work with commercial team to manage credit exposure, credit limit and payments collection.
• Manage customers contract to ensure contract is executed according to the contract validity.

C. Customer complaint management
• Follow up with internal department to manage complaints & ensure timely response.
• Work with different function and department to drive improvement and customer satisfactory

Requirement :

Bachelor Degree holder in Business & marketing, with experience in managing customers

Proficient in Business data analysis & presentation, using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.

Proficiency in English communication, commercial sense and B2B business knowledge

Accuracy and keen attention to detail are key aspects of the role.

Proactive and self-motivated individual

Proficiency in SAP and Saleforce.com (CRM) system will be an added advantage
