Job summary

A leading company in smart manufacturing is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to manage customer inquiries and order processing efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience, primarily in a manufacturing or electronics context. This role is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing or electronics.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the second point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Process customer forecasts and maintain accurate Purchase Orders.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and report any risks.

  • Serve as second point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate on the requirements’ fulfillment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers through effective communication.

2.Customer Orders Management:

  • Processing customer forecast, risk buy, Purchase Orders and make weekly comparison to review gap variance. Variance report required release to higher level and trigger discussion with customer if required.
  • Ensure detail and updated forecast, risk buy & POs are entered into the system correctly and all relevant information is captured. Overdue detail required to coordinate with customer and ensure revise to update version at weekly basic.

3.Delivery Management:

  • Provide customer orders/delivery report to higher level. Daily monitor shipment achievement status and report to higher level if foreseen any shipment failure risk.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality control, production planner, supply chain and logistics relate to customer shipment plan.

Education:

  • Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment. Experience with order processing, ERP, and CRM systems is a plus.
