- Manage incoming calls & emails from customer and help with their enquiries, complaint, follow up delivery of products etc.
- Liaise with graphic department regarding customer's requirement.
- Process order, quotation, delivery order etc.
- Coordinate with other department to ensure orders and deliveries are handled effectively.
- Entering order information into the company database with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling of other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or sales coordinator
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to adapt to fast paced working environment
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge in printing / packaging will be an added advantage.
