Job description

  • Manage incoming calls & emails from customer and help with their enquiries, complaint, follow up delivery of products etc.
  • Liaise with graphic department regarding customer's requirement.
  • Process order, quotation, delivery order etc.
  • Coordinate with other department to ensure orders and deliveries are handled effectively.
  • Entering order information into the company database with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handling of other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service or sales coordinator
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to adapt to fast paced working environment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Knowledge in printing / packaging will be an added advantage.
