Job Description
Primary Responsibility
Provide administrative support to the Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and manage reports related to sales activities.
Handle communication with clients and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Specific Responsibility
Support the sales team in generating leads, managing follow-ups, and entering data.
Input data into the system for the preparation and issuance of proposals.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of new clients.
Ensure Salesforce system is updated with accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information.
Organize and maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and related data.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regards for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS Policies and procedures.
At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior.
Qualifications
Qualification
Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
