Job description

Join SRI's sales team as an internal sales support member, where your daily responsibilities will enable you to liaise with our wide network of customers. The candidate is strongly encouraged to be self-motivated and able to work well within a team to achieve group sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Issue accurate and timely quotations for fire system designs and solutions.
2. Use fire system design software to assist in preparing designs, layouts, and technical specifications for customer projects.
3. Prepare and maintain general documentation, including design reports and files related to fire system quotations and designs.
4. Assist the sales department with other administrative tasks.
5. Liaise with clients and relevant authorities regarding design specifications and requirements.

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn fire system design software.
• A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage.
