Dewave Technology Sdn. Bhd. provides backend and customer support services for AscendEX Group, a global leader in trading, fintech, and blockchain solutions. AscendEX was founded in 2018 by Wall Street investors and offers an all-in-one platform for trading, investing, and earning in cryptocurrency markets.
With a growing global presence, we are expanding our team in Malaysia to support our long-term goal of becoming the go-to platform for cryptocurrency education and secure trading.
This hybrid role involves both sales responsibilities and client servicing. Ideal for experienced candidates with a strong track record in sales performance customer relationship management, and onboarding/KYC processes.
Communicate with customers via text on online platforms, guiding them through the sales process.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers, increasing customer loyalty.
Promote, showcase, and sell company products to achieve sales targets.
Successfully close sales deals and contribute to business growth.
Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases and ensuring that the application of KYC principles is consistent with the Company’s KYC policy and customer risk assessment.
Reviewing KYC documents obtained from the customer, utilizing our validation tools and reputable sources to verify the AML documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.
Offer accurate product, pricing, and service information, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback, address issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain customer records and follow up on customer needs regularly.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Tech-savvy and familiar with computer systems and online tools
Minimum high school qualification (Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred)
Experience with digital onboarding, KYC verification tools, and compliance procedures
Experience handling KYC/AML processes is a strong advantage
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, onboarding, or fintech-related industries is a strong advantage
Knowledge of cryptocurrency trading platforms or blockchain technology
High integrity and commitment to data confidentiality
Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, crypto, telecom, or financial services is highly desirable
Immediate availability is a plus
Basic Salary: Up to RM2,500/month
Full Attendance Incentive: RM500/month
Transport Subsidy: RM200/month
