Overview

UNITED OIL DISTRIBUTION SDN. BHD. – Kapar, Selangor

This is a full-time Sales Support role at United Oil Distribution Sdn. Bhd. located in Kapar, Selangor. In this position, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to the sales team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process sales orders and manage customer accounts
• Assist with preparing sales-related documentation, such as quotes, invoices, and reports
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Maintain accurate records and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with Auto count software and sales administration processes
