Job description

  • To manage the field force of own territory to achieve the sales objectives set by the Company.
  • To implement and execute the Company’s objectives and strategies.
  • To manage and measure the field force sales performance of own territory through the implementation of sales activities.
  • To develop the field force competency of own territory in terms of recruitment, field coaching and field appraisal.
  • To demonstrate strong leadership qualities to motivate and encourage teamwork of field force.
  • To monitor and control territory expenses including selling expenses, product bonuses and customer’s trade returns.
  • To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ sales experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Initiative, dedication, commitment, a team player and ability to work independently.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
