Sales Supervisor (based in Taiping, Perak)

Manage and support distributor operations in the Taiping area in terms of performance, credit status, inventory levels, and ensure timely order placements and deliveries.

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Review progress versus objectives in weekly meetings and take corrective actions as necessary.

Ensure successful execution of all core work related to delivery, backroom organization, merchandising, and equipment management.

Ensure clear, consistent communication of pricing strategies and promotional plans to all customers.

Ensure sales representatives adhere to company pricing policies and promotional execution standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or a similar sales role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching abilities.

Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

Preferably residing in or near Taiping.

Valid driver’s license and own transport.
