Job description

Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.

FMCG work experience and experience in the General Trade market are advantageous.

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in customer support, client services, sales, or FMCG-related fields.

Demonstrated and proven sales results.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Persuasive and goal-oriented.

Excellent customer care skills; ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Meet all sales and purchase targets and goals for products.
  2. Organize and coordinate sales representatives' journey plan schedules.
  3. Supervise sales representatives' daily performance.
  4. Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
  5. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  6. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions and support.
  7. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up calls.
  8. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
  9. Perform monthly stock counts with the support team.
  10. Monitor, follow up, and review aging reports weekly to reduce outstanding debts.
  11. Coordinate with the support team during peak seasons.
  12. Attend training sessions or participate in project service levels.
  13. Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Management.
