A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive sales performance and lead the sales team. This position requires strong communication skills and a minimum of five years in sales or customer support. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, supervising staff, and providing solutions to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree in business administration and be fluent in Mandarin to engage with clients effectively.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
FMCG work experience and experience in the General Trade market are advantageous.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in customer support, client services, sales, or FMCG-related fields.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Excellent customer care skills; ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
