About the role

Become a Sales Supervisor at Mr Bagus Malaysia, a leading retailer of custom cabinetry products in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to improve product knowledge and selling skills
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to enhance satisfaction
  • Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to optimise store operations and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ensure store policies, procedures and safety standards are upheld

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales supervisory role
