• SPM/Diploma, minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales preferably in Consumer goods / apparel.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, well versed in both local dialects.
• Organized & able to work with people of all levels.
• Possess good working attitude, independent, able to work under pressure, multi-tasking.
• Possess own car.

Outlet Location:

• Kuala Lumpur Area: Bukit Bintang, China Town, Center Market, Quill Mall, My Town, SOGO, Times Square, Lalaport.
• Selangor Area: Setia Mall, I-city Mall, KSL mall, Paradigm Mall, IOI City Mall, Metro Point Kajang.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising all promoters in your assigned area and helping them to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Ensuring our products are displayed prominently in the outlets as per Outlet Manager/Marketing directive.
• Checking and ensuring that the monthly & daily reports and claims of the promoters in your area are correct.
• Checking the attendance of the promoters to ensure punctuality.
• Recommending replacements for new promoters when vacancies exist.
• Training and guiding new promoters.
• Reporting on sales promotion, competitors’ activities, and sales promoters’ performance.
• Promoting and selling in specific outlets when required.
• Performing any other duties as instructed by the management/Manager.
• To ensure sales objectives are achieved.
