Supervise, Lead and Motivate Retail Team at Beauty Store

• Recruit, Train and Coach Beauty Consultants
• Lead Retail Team to Achieve Store Sales Targets & KPIs
• Establish Customer Loyalty through excellent customer service
• Ensure smooth daily operations (planning duty rosters, staff performance, cash handling, housekeeping, merchandise display, etc.)
• Manage inventory to ensure stock levels and transactions are accurate
• Maintain good conduct and comply with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with VMD and marketing teams on store promotions and updates

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Supervisory experience in managing sales teams
• Independent, proactive, and optimistic
