In the Sales Team Lead role, you'd be responsible for your own team in driving the company's revenue growth. You will be managing a team of Business Consultants (deal closers for leads within our inbound & outbound sales pipeline) by understanding SME business owners' requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and handling pricing negotiations.


You don’t need to be an industry expert, but the work is challenging, fast-paced, and on the cutting edge. We seek someone curious, driven, and passionate about self-improvement.


What you will do:

  1. Lead and align Business Consultants (BCs) with company goals
  2. Analyze market blockers and develop strategies for feedback to leadership
  3. Carry a percentage of the sales team’s revenue quota and drive team targets
  4. Train Malaysian Business Consultants on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge
  5. Manage KPIs and goals for your team
  6. Provide product and pricing feedback and identify opportunities
  7. Assist in managing and closing large corporate deals

You will need to have/be:

  • Passion for helping small businesses
  • At least 4 years of outbound sales experience
  • At least 2 years managing or leading a sales team
  • Excellent people skills, comfortable presenting StoreHub’s products
  • Proficient in creating outbound messaging in writing and speaking
  • Strong knowledge in customer orientation, product demos, sales techniques, and control systems
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking
  • Adaptable to changing environments and collaborative
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional technical collaboration
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Initiative-taking, problem-solving mindset
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
