About the role

Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sungai Udang, Melaka. As a full-time Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and leading a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share
• Provide hands-on coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Monitor sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and implement corrective actions to improve performance
• Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the sales team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
