Summary of the Role
Responsible for TIS Sales & Marketing ; Summarizing the overall job duties
- Work closely with distributors to create and implement sales plans to achieve business goals and targets.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the products or services.
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales efforts.
- Analyse sales and marketing data, including market trends, competitors’ activities and customer feedback to track performance, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and marketing strategies.
Functional / Technical Skills
- An individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.
- Require working closely with stake holders, including distributors to provide excellent service to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and achieve revenue target.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits with clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Support marketing activities (local & regional) initiated by marketing team.
Education and Experience
- Requires adequate knowledge of job area especially on Cardiovascular or Vascular, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience (minimum 2 years).
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
