A leading staffing company is seeking a Sales Specialist, welcoming fresh graduates for an opportunity in Selangor, Malaysia. Merchant Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with our Merchants, effectively selling company's products and those of our affiliates.
Relationship Building: Develop and manage strong relationships with our Merchants to support and expand their business operations.
Needs Assessment: Identify the specific business needs of our Merchants and provide tailored advice and solutions.
Collaborative Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Sales Team to implement acquisition strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Day-to-Day Activities
Conduct cold calls to potential Merchants, demonstrating assertiveness, positivity, and persistence.
Track and manage merchant relationships systematically and accurately, ensuring attention to detail.
Adapt to changes and challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to senior clients and board meetings, leveraging public speaking skills.
Manage time effectively to meet goals within set deadlines, showcasing strong organizational skills.
Display visionary thinking, self-motivation, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Engage with people enthusiastically, fostering excitement and interest in our financial products.
The Must Haves
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Experience: 0-2 years in sales (Previous sales experience is a plus but not required).
