A leading fitness technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales specialist. The role involves generating leads, conducting presentations, and closing sales for innovative products. Candidates should have experience in the fitness or healthcare industry and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English and Malay is required, and knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. The position offers an opportunity to work independently and drive sales results.
Generate new leads by performing daily outbound sales activities (walk-in, cold call, cold email, refresh the old leads, etc.)
Conduct webinars and public presentations
Qualify, nurture, and close leads by providing tailored product solutions
Demonstrate products to potential customers and conduct product training for users
Forecast monthly/quarterly sales and meet personal and team sales targets
Develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
What you’ll need to get successful
Experience in the fitness, sports, and healthcare industry (Sports coach/ physiotherapist/ corporate wellness specialist experiences are highly welcomed)
Presentation & public speaking skill
Proficiency in both speaking and writing English and BM (Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage)
Ability to work independently
Driver’s License
