Position Details

This is a position with grade 15.

Reporting To

Excitation Sales Manager, Asia

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for sales of products, systems, and services within Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore, working closely with the Sub Regional Manager-Asia.
  2. Plan and implement the excitation strategy to meet qualitative and quantitative targets profitably.
  3. Lead the sales organization in the region to exceed targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Communicate delivery, payment, and terms details to customers aligned with ABB’s offerings.
  5. Execute marketing activities and communicate value propositions.
  6. Identify and develop new market opportunities.
  7. Manage sales administrative procedures and support cash collection and project management as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, power electronics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and sales of solutions and services in power generation utilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
