Job description

The Sales - SME Loan role is designed for motivated individuals who will be instrumental in driving sales of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) loan products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping businesses access the financing they need, along with a strong aptitude for relationship building and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential SME clients to promote loan products, assessing their financial needs and determining suitable solutions.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and developing relationships with local businesses.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses of client businesses and prepare loan proposals tailored to their specific needs.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information about loan products, terms, and the application process.
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documents for loan processing.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic changes, and regulatory developments related to SME lending.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, preparing regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:
