What the role is all about?

• Ticketing and Reservations: Handles bookings of domestic and international flight itineraries; manages Mabuhay Miles transactions; ensures correctness of fares; ensures accuracy in the issuance of tickets and EMDs; exercises utmost care in handling passengers.
• Promotes and sells our international and domestic services and issues tickets and EMDs to our customers within established performance standards.
• Handles reservations & ticketing through phone calls and/or walk-in passengers, travel agents, and employees.
• Performs basic ticketing functions to promptly assist customers and partner agents' queries.
• Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties to the Area Manager.
• Provides support and assistance to colleagues/other units to ensure effective and efficient performance of the District.

Who are qualified to apply?

• Must have working experience in Basic Reservations and Ticketing courses.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Jr. Sales and Services Agent or in a related field.
• Proficient in using a Global Distribution System (GDS); expertise in navigating platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
