Job description

Sales & Service Executive - 3 months Contract (Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities:

1. Sell and cross-sell Personal Financing & Credit Card products.
2. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
3. Ensure branch operations run smoothly and comply with BSP operational procedures.
4. Execute operational tasks as assigned by the Unit Head.
5. Achieve sales targets for Personal Financing, card recruitment, insurance, and other assigned products.
6. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the branch for customer and staff safety and comfort.
7. Manage fixed assets in the branch, report defects/issues promptly.
8. Perform daily operational tasks, including manning the greeter/reception counter on a rotational basis.
9. Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

• Fresh Diploma/ Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about sales and result-oriented.
• Having own transport is an advantage.
• Two vacancies available (contract for 3 months only).
