Job summary

S L Ng Group of Companies in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive sales professional to handle selling, merchandising and collection with local shops and larger provisions.

You will promote, activate and negotiate sales, displays and campaigns to meet principals’ requirements, plan basic key accounts, and maintain strong relationships with retailers’ buyers and managers, while collaborating with the Team Lead and principal’s person-in-charge to cascade plans and seize opportunities in

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma required.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Independent High School graduates welcome (training provided).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell, merchandise and collect with local shops and larger provisions.
• Promote, activate, and negotiate sales, displays, campaigns and trade activities to principals' requirements.
• Plan basic key accounts in accordance with retailers' activities calendar.
• Provide high-quality service and maintain good relationships with retailers' buyers and managers.

Conduct selling, merchandising and collection with local shop and large provision.

Execute promotion, activation, sales negotiation, display, campaign and other trade activities to the requirements of principals.

Capable of basic key accounts planning in accordance to retailers’ activities calendar.

Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with retailers’ buyers and managers.

Work closely with Team Lead and principal’s person-in-charge to understand company’s plans and brands’ strategy to cascade to the trade as execution.

Identify opportunities in the trade in terms of visibility, availability, product ranging, pricing and promotion.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales, collection and other fundamental targets.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in any field.
• Candidate graduate from Independent High School are welcome apply (training provided).
• Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
