Job summary

Neutrovis is seeking a Sales Representative based in Klang Valley to manage General Trade outlets, execute daily route plans and grow the market presence in Malaysia. You will work with grocery stores, mini markets, and wholesalers to ensure product availability and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, opening new accounts, executing promotions, and monitoring market trends while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely payments where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or retail channel management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Serves and manages assigned General Trade (GT) outlets, including grocery stores, mini markets and wholesalers.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Executes daily route plan and covers a minimum of 20 outlets per day.
• Ensures product availability, visibility and merchandising standards at all outlets.
• Identifies and opens new accounts/outlets to grow market presence.
• Builds strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Executes promotions and trade activities effectively.
• Monitors competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensures timely collection of payments where applicable.
