Kasihku Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive product distribution and grow our retailer network. You will visit supermarkets, grocery stores, and baking ingredient shops to promote products and gather orders.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience, owns a car, holds a valid driving licence, and can open new outlets. You will develop strong product knowledge and contribute ideas to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or merchandising experience in FMCG.

Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will

Responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets.

Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, baking ingredient shops, mini markets, and other suitable premises to check on the company’s products.

Identify new stores and supermarkets to expand product placement and distribution.

Collect and record customer orders on a regular basis.

Gather customer feedback on the company’s products and recommend improvements.

Recommend changes to the company’s products and services while monitoring competitive developments.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

Develop strong professional and technical knowledge of the company’s products.

Willing to contribute new ideas, innovations, and suggestions to support the company’s future growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of sales or merchandising experience in FMCG
