Job description

Sales Representative play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility within a retail environment. Their ability to engage shoppers and retailers contributes to influencing purchase decisions that are best suited for the shoppers, which is instrumental in achieving brand objectives. Roadshow coverage is required when necessary.

Product Knowledge:

• Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the brands and products under the brand's portfolio
• Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and advantages to customers

Data Collection:

• Gathering data on customer preferences, buying patterns, and market trends
• Providing insights to help improve future promotional strategies

[During Roadshows]

• Approaching and engaging shoppers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Answering shopper inquiries and providing information about products
• Collecting shopper feedback on products and promotions
• Reporting shopper comments, concerns, or suggestions to the team

Who We're Looking For:

• Proficient in Malay and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and sales performance
• Owns a car and a valid driving license
• Willing to travel within own coverage area
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
