We are looking for a Sales Representative to execute field sales activities to maximize growth and enhance our market leadership position.

A day in the life of a Sales Representative

  1. You will be accountable & responsible for thruput sales performance by category.
  2. For the Territory Category, you would need to service assigned outlets as per journey plan/call card.
  3. Promotion Compliance: you need to ensure space is available during mailer/promotion period.
  4. You would need to update Key Monthly Activities/Promotion.
  5. You would be responsible for Product Distribution & Merchandising Standards.
  6. You ought to ensure full compliance of channel must-have list.
  7. Channel planogram and merchandising standard guideline.
  8. Maximize usage of POS material and replace old ones with new ones.
  9. You would need to be Winning Customers by being the preferred Supplier.
  10. Customer Service Level should be top notch.
  11. Negotiation of Road show/Activities.
  12. Feedback on competitors’ activities & development to superiors for counter actions.
  13. Market Intelligence
    1. Feedback on Competitors' activities & development to superiors for counter actions.
    2. To capture competitors’ activities i.e. new product distribution, promotion, change of packaging, visibility campaign.
  14. Customer Management
    1. Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs and ensure customer intimacy.
    2. Timely feedback on potential issues and highlight opportunities & gaps.
    3. Timely implementation of KMA & promotional activities and provide feedback of KMA results.

What Will Make You Successful

  1. Education: University Diploma/Degree (or equivalent) OR SPM qualification with 5 years of sales experience.
  2. Between 3 – 5 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
  3. Experience with basic merchandising experience.
  4. Good communication skills and solution-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented.
