Job summary

A leading company in the fastening systems industry is looking for a Sales Representative to establish new accounts and develop lasting relationships with clients. The role involves generating leads, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing technical support. Candidates should have a positive attitude, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a willingness to travel. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Preferably fluent in Mandarin to liaise with clients from China.

Responsibilities

• Establish new accounts and develop long-term customer relations.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support.

We have multiple opening at Butterworth Penang & Puchong Selangor

Establish new accounts by identifying new/strategic customer segments, industry sectors based on assigned targets

Develop long term customer relations and logging feedback (weekly/monthly)

Willing travel for outstation.

Ensure that sales targets are met

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support service

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs

Generate high-quality sales lead. Calculate, negotiate and close sales quotations with prompt follow up

Continuously improve product knowledge

Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Job requirement:

Positive learning attitude

Able to work independently and effectively with peers

Must be diligent and driven

Possess integrity and trust

Must be willing to travel on short notice

Valid Class 3 driving license
