Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports

Continuously improve through feedback and professional development

Any other assignments or tasks distributed by the superior/company.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude, pro-active approach, possess strong leadership quality and a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision and highly committed.

Willing to learn, constructive, ability to problem solve and 'make things happen'.

Possess own transport, willing to travel outstation (Sarawak & Sabah) and work on weekends.

Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in managing retail outlets from FMCG, especially from personal care/beauty.
