A leading company in training consultancy seeks a Sales Representative to enhance client relationships and drive business development. Candidates should have relevant qualifications, 1-2 years of sales experience, and the ability to work independently. The role offers a basic salary with attractive commissions and opportunities for career advancement.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our training programmes, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. You will work closely with corporate clients, HR professionals, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell training programmes to corporate clients, HR departments, and government agencies
Identify new sales leads and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with trainers and programme coordinators to understand and match client needs
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
Keep up to date with industry trends and HRD Corp guidelines
Minimum STPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or training-related services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Basic salary + attractive commission
