A leading company in the lubricant industry is looking for a Sales Executive to develop dealer channels and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin-speaking candidates will be given an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Lubricants, Tyre, Battery etc) in assigned territory.
- To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion.
- Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
- Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers.
- Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection.
- Vacancy location: Shah Alam / Kuching.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM at any field.
- Candidate must possess driving license and own car.
- At least 1 year of sales working experiences in the Lubricant industry / Automation spare part.
- Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest.
- Able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage as need to communicate with mandarin speaking customer.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
