  • Expected salary: RM3,300 - RM5,000 per month

Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Generate sales leads through various sales channels and achieve personal and company sales target

  • Inform customer of ongoing promotions and provide accurate information for all courses

  • Act as the company’s gatekeeper by handling both new inquiries and announcements to existing clients.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and relevant data

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

  • Participate on behalf of the company in events or conferences

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.

  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required language(s): English

  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin is added advantage

  • Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, negotiation and listening skills.

  • Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.
