Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain and develop new and existing Incora customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
• Source products when necessary, based on Incora's best practices.
• Ensure customer approvals and quality requirements are adhered to.
• Understand and follow export compliance requirements.
• Understand and utilize ERP systems and Incora Intranet to perform job functions.
• Provide support to Sales Branches, Internal Sales, Corporate Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality and Finance as needed.
• Collaborate with commercial and Business development teams on new or contractual opportunities.
• Recognize when negotiation may yield sales opportunities and develop negotiation skills.
• Participate in and drive continuous improvement and process improvement efforts

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Sales Representative

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

Working as a Sales Representative you will be the customer’s primary point of contact for inside sales coverage and market development for all Incora products within assigned accounts or regions. You will organise, execute and apply Incora sales initiatives, policies and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives to meet annual company and individual goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Working directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
• Maintaining and developing new and existing Incora customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
• Sourcing products when necessary, based on Incora's best practices.

• Providing support and assistance to Sales Branches, Internal Sales, Corporate Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Finance and other departments as needed to resolve sales related efforts.
