Posim offers premium Motorcycle Oils and Motor Oils under HI-REV brand. The company also specialises in a full line of lubrication solutions for Industrial and Commercial user-sectors. HI-REV lubricants are widely distributed through our network of 4,800 automotive and motorcycle service workshops.

The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
  1. Responsible and accountable for achieving personal sales target.
  2. Responsible for developing new accounts (Spare Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, Battery, Car Accessories etc.) in assigned territory.
  3. To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion.
  4. Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
  5. Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers.
Ideal Profile
  1. Minimum SPM qualification.
  2. At least one year of sales working experiences in the automation spare part/ Lubricant industry.
  3. Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest.
  4. Candidate must possess driving license and own car.
  5. Required language(s): Mandarin as you need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
  6. Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
  7. Open for Malaysian citizen only.
