Kohshin Engineering is a leading Japanese company with a newly opened office based in Kuala Lumpur named Kohshin International. The company specializes in the production of composting equipment for poultry and livestock manure treatment.

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese - Speaking Sales Representative at Kohshin International.

We are looking for long-term employees only.

Responsibilities

• Sell products with a trusted relationship and provide precise explanations
• Set up product offer conditions and develop price quotations
• Visit mainly Asian countries and negotiate with customers
• Analyze market trends and propose new products and sales activities
• Acquire competitors\' moves and report them to management and the team
• Provide sales reports to share the progress of activities
• Closely collaborate with the head office in Japan
• Important: upon signing the contract, it is mandatory for the candidate to complete training at our main office in Japan

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University degree or diploma
• Fluent in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
