Job description

Job Responsibility

• Search for potential clients through various online/offline channels
• Research and identify relevant businesses and key decision-makers
• Collect and verify accurate client details including contact information, company profile, and business needs
• Build and maintain a database of prospective leads for the sales team
• Share qualified leads and insights with the sales team for follow-up and conversion
• Track and monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities
• Assist the sales team by providing up-to-date client data and market intelligence
• Make follow-up calls to ensure client interest and gather additional information if needed
• Call potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services
• Maintain clear records of all communications and lead data
• Develop a strong understanding of our target market
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to support their outreach efforts
• Meet weekly/monthly performance targets

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• No experience is required as training will be provided.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales calling, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred
