• Fresh graduates with strong passion in sales, art and luxury industry welcomed.
• At least 1 year of successful working experience in sales/retail sales preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Job description

• To build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain existing customers and develop new customer base to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Retain a dynamic and effective sales & retail team with good integrity and team spirit.
• Support in various aspects of sales and operational activities with full commitment.
• To achieve monthly sales target.
• Ensure and enhance the brand’s image through the right execution of the visuals, merchandising and POS activities.
• Ensure monthly accuracy stock and inventory management.
• Compile daily and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate new launches and events with internal and external team members.
• Able to perform an ad-hoc task and other relevant duties when required or assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with strong passion in sales, art and luxury industry are welcomed.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of successful working experience in sales/retail sales or experience in luxury retailing will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Have excellent sales track records, PR skills, sociable and energetics required for this position. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to participate in all aspects of the sales and event cycle.
• A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism.
• Cheerful personality, good self-motivation with positive outlook.
• Strong business acumen and passion in luxury home and living lifestyle unique decoration crystal art pieces.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
