Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to customers. Your primary objectives will include achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and handling client complaints to resolve issues promptly. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present our offerings and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and suggest new methods for generating leads to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct sales activities including engaging with existing customers, sourcing new clients, promoting products, and monitoring customer accounts.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with current and prospective customers and solicit orders.
  • Track clients' payment terms and perform collections before due dates.
  • Coordinate closely with customer service teams to ensure proper communication of customer needs.
  • Submit regular sales reports on new leads, projects, and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum education: Diploma or higher; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
  • Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Passion for sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across designated states.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Fast learner, independent worker, and team-oriented.
  • Engineering or Automotive background is an advantage.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and positive attitude.
