Reporting to Sales Regional Manager, the sales representative will contribute to a high performing team within the Surgical Innovations business to achieve sales revenue and market share targets. The sales representative will achieve this by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic Surgical products and therapies.

Medtronic's surgical innovations focus on advancing minimally invasive procedures through cutting-edge technology, improving patient outcomes while reducing recovery times. Our solutions span across multiple specialties, leveraging robotics, precision instruments, and digital platforms to enhance surgical precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and Development (R&D), Operations and Marketing
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education combined with broad sales experience.
