We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Sales Representative.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.

Responsibilities

Working as a Sales Representative, you will be the customer’s primary point of contact for inside sales coverage and market development for all Incora products within assigned accounts or regions. You will organize, execute, and apply Incora sales initiatives, policies, and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives to meet annual company and individual goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate, and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Maintaining and developing new and existing Incora customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
  • Sourcing products when necessary, based on Incora’s best practices.
  • Ensuring customer approvals and quality requirements are adhered to.
  • Understanding and following export compliance requirements.
  • Understanding and utilizing the ERP systems and Incora Intranet to effectively perform job functions.
  • Providing support and assistance to Sales Branches, Internal Sales, Corporate Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and other departments as needed to resolve sales-related efforts.
  • Working in close collaboration with the commercial and Business Development team on new or contractual opportunities.
  • Learning to recognize when negotiation may produce sales opportunities and develop effective negotiation skills.
  • Participating in and practicing continuous improvement and/or process improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education
  • Experience in a similar role in sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to build effective customer relationships
  • Ability to be detailed-oriented and perform in-depth account research, if required
