1. Sales Strategy
- Actively manage, motivate, and engage with direct sales team.
- Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and drive sales performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize customer offerings.
- Plan, execute and support sales activity such as sales campaigns, promotional activity, direct sales team engagement event, training, on ground activation, roadshows, and exhibitions.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead nationwide recruitment of direct sales agents, include agency leaders, by building talent pipelines through job platforms, community outreach, referrals, and social media.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience with structured induction and training programs.
3. Training & Development
- Design and deliver comprehensive product and selling techniques.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to direct sales teams.
- Implement a recognition and rewards system to drive agent engagement and retention.
4. Administration & Reporting
- Track recruitment progress, agency leaders’ performance, and sales KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, sales achievements, monthly planning, and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory requirements.
