Job summary

You will engage customers confidently, aim to meet or exceed sales targets, and learn product knowledge quickly. The role requires standing for extended periods and working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with English essential and Mandarin or Malay advantageous.

• Proven experience in sales promoter or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Passion for delivering positive customer experiences.
• Product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise.
• Flexible with retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Malay is advantageous.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent our consumer electronics brand and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Roles & Responsibility :

Proven experience as a Sales Promoter, Retail Assistant or similar customer-facing role in the retail or consumer products sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences

Product knowledge and ability to quickly learn about new products and services

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle retail merchandise

Flexibility to work retail hours, including potential weekend and public holiday shifts

Proficiency in English (both verbal and written); additional language skills such as Mandarin or Malay are advantageous

Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic

Preferably located in or near Pusat Komersial Bendera, Versis for convenient access to the workplace
