This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7-8 years of sales experience, with a focus on project-based sales. Qualifications

Job description

We are currently looking for a Sales Project Manager for a MNC medical device business who will be responsible for developing hospital project business, including new facility builds, expansions, and renovation projects. This position plays a key role in driving the company’s overall business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and hunt for new business opportunities.
  • Drive hospital project sales by promoting the company’s total solutions, preparing proposals, tenders, and presentations for hospital developers, consultants, and architects.
  • Manage business plans and financial targets for the infrastructure product portfolio.
  • Act as the go-to expert for infrastructure solutions for hospitals.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, hospital facility teams, and medical consultants.
  • Oversee projects from initial sales and bidding to execution and handover, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strengthen account performance, project tracking, and CRM management.
  • Keep project databases updated, analyze market trends, and recommend strategies to capture new opportunities.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with major healthcare groups and private hospital networks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Hospital Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years in sales with at least 3 years of experience in project-based sales.
  • Experience in medical equipment consultancy, hospital construction projects, or healthcare environments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
