Job description

Sales & Admin (Purchasing) Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and General Manager to assist in the following:

Job Description

  • Support the Sales Team by handling enquiries, sourcing materials or services, preparing costing sheets, and generating Sales Quotations, Sales Contracts, and Servicing Jobs.
  • Handle sourcing, procurement/purchasing, price negotiation, logistics, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Coordinate Sales Activities: Manage schedules, follow up on sales quotations.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries about products or accounts.
  • Sales Support: Prepare and maintain sales presentation materials, such as brochures and slides.
  • Order Management: Ensure accuracy in order processing and timely fulfillment.
  • Perform cold calling and achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries/proposals.
  • Track customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet with customers and visit job sites to understand the scope of supply/work.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Possess aggressive purchasing power and skills in handling and processing sales orders.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a good understanding of water treatment technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel to outstations.
